Colonie Pop-Up!
Join us on Wednesday September 30th for our Colonie Pop-Up at Hillside, the charming events space adjacent to Vinegar Hill House. Chef Andrew Whitcomb will be whipping up a four course tasting menu, with plenty of delicious tricks up his sleeve.
The menu is $65, with optional wine pairings for $35.
1. Autumn squash, stracciatella, pepitas, black garlic
2. Smoked mussels, preserved potatoes, crispy onion
3. Swiss chard gnudi, roasted corn husk broth, matsutake mushroom
4. Crispy meringue, lemon curd, dried blueberries
